Mr. Dionise serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Dionise joined the Bank in 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, Mr. Dionise was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer and elected Director. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Dionise held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at First National Bank of Pennsylvania from 2005 through 2007. From 2004 through 2005, Mr. Dionise was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Retail Distribution at PNC Bank. Mr. Dionise served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of GA Financial, Inc. and its subsidiary, Great American Federal from 2001 through 2004. From 1999 through 2001, Mr. Dionise held the position of First Vice President and Senior Acquisition Manager at MBNA America Bank, N.A. Mr. Dionise held various accounting and financial leadership roles from 1989 through 1999 with the PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and various subsidiaries including PNC Bank, The Hershey Bank and PNC National Bank. From 1983 through 1989, Mr. Dionise served as an audit manager with Ernst & Whinney, the predecessor to Ernst & Young, and is a CPA. He also serves on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
